Overheating issue

hi there,
i have the amilo li 1818 and recently i have been having issues where the notebook justs turns off.. so im guessing its a over heating issue..

does anyone have a similar problem and is there a way to fix it?

oh and im running windows vista home premium

Go for the internal clean up (canned air, vacuuming) and new thermal paste on the cpu first. You'd be surprised.

Let us hope not. Since that would mean digging onto hardware (CPU, fan, board etc ...) - the expensive stuffs.
