Bump Top version: 1.11, build 3706

I followed this app since the beginning, tried it, took it off due to buggy behaviour. This latest version is stable and not so resource hog as previous ones that I would like to add it in the worth-to-take-a-look-at freeware.

It does come with a free version and a Pro version. For me the free version is doing fine of what I test, use and play with.
