qiauet is a n00b, but everyone loves n00bs!
I have just installed the latest bios on it and it's now at 1.20 version, I have just downloaded the drivers for XP Pro as well as it has Vista installed on it and I am now on dual boot, I have been looking around on how to change the dedicated memory and alot have said that it is not possible to do so, is this true?

sorry not very good with this,, how do i find out what my gpu is? installed everest but when i clicked on gpu it doesn't show me anything,,,

ok this is as much as i can gather,,,

Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family

The manufacturer of this system requires that you download the driver for your GPU from their support site.

The GeForce M series and GeForce Go series notebook GPUs use drivers that have been customized by the notebook manufacturers to support hot key functions, power management functions, lid close and suspend/resume behavior. NVIDIA has worked with some notebook manufacturers to provide notebook-specific driver updates, however, most notebook driver updates must come from the notebook manufacturer. Additionally, the desktop GeForce graphics drivers will not install on Geforce M series and Quadro M series notebook GPU's.

You mean you cannot read/see which vendor for your graphic card from Everest report?

You mentioned in your post above "desktop" drivers - can you link us to where this driver is? And why did you choose it?

cheers ...

That does not tell us much since it comes with either ATI or nVidia GPU :-(

Until you can tell us your specs, I am stumped.

cheers ...
