Monkton is a n00b, but everyone loves n00bs!
Although I'm still using my 3790 with XP - until Sager's Calpella rigs come out - I've found this guy to be an awesome source for information as to how to optimize my system to get the very best performance out of it: http://tweakguides.com/. Definitely download the Vista Tweaking Companion and look at the relevant ATI/NVidia guide.
