Old thread...new post. I tried to make my own cable by soldering onto the old TM300 connector.... Complete dissaster!!! I can solder gauge 10 wires and copper pipe pretty well, but.... Anyway, are there any other options to get this old lappy to use the original BT connector?? Or is anyone still in th ebusiness of making these custom cables in their spare time?
