Agree. Definately needs SATA Drivers. I had this problem and needed to slipstream SATA drivers from the drivers cd into a custom WinXP Pro distro using nlite. Slipstreaming just SP2 or SP3 did not help because fujitsu used custom SATA drivers not present in the service packs.
