Thanks Steve. We do realize it scares some people away. But we are on the trial and have probably closed two deals because of it. They might have bought anyways but this allows us to remove any fear or doubt during the purchase.

This chat software is great. I can tell where you are and where you have been on the site, and even proactively chat with you if it looks like you are having trouble finding something.

Our soft rule right now is to wait for someone to be on the site for at least a minute before we start trying to offer help. I equate that to a couple of minutes in the real world - like how I like to be treated.
