hey all,
i jsut put win7 on my wife's old old tecra m2-s530. win7 picked up most of the drivers except for:
1. base system device
2. it loaded a 'standard vga driver' for the nvidia geforce 5200 gpu.

any1 know what drivers will work with win7 for the geforce 5200 gpu? i dont really mind with the base system device hehe

Have you tried going direct to nVidia Support Site and see if the driver for Vista is available for the GPU?

yeah i went to the nvidia site and it looks like they stopped supporting the geforce go 5200 which stinks.

i figured that some other 3rd drivers like laptopvideo2go or the nbf drivers would include the geforce go 5200, but i haven't been able to find any.
