First (i)Mac with i7

Time to turn in my 24" and shoot for the new powerful 27" iMac. Gonna try to go to the store this weekend and take some pics myself. Oh, and the new mouse - wow.

Now if they hurry with the macbook models and i7.

cheers ...

Id be happier with a simple two button mouse with scrollwheel/third button. Apple has this fixation with this concept being wrong because they didn't think about it.

Beyond that the 27" is a nice machine though, but I am more interested in the Mini Server

Pollisand is a n00b, but everyone loves n00bs!
The new iMacs are SWEET. The 27 inch is just ****ing gorgeous. The new mouse is nice but the two finger back and forth swipe is awkward. One finger scrolling, however, is smooth as buttah. Though it can be too sensitive.

I am going to hit the shop today or tomorrow depending on work schedule, and hope to see the machines and mouse and to play a bit with them.

cheers ...
