Does anyone have a copy of alienware operating system for model number D900TBAT-12 laptop. It crashed and after boot up, "Operating system not found" appears at prompt. I tried contacting Alienware but you already know the company software is outrageous.

Sounded like your hard drive took the dump. What OS did you have before (XP, Vista, Linux ....)? Best bet is to just get another drive and re-install the OS with any installation OS disks out there and use the COA at the bottom of your notebook for activation.
