N-Gen is a n00b, but everyone loves n00bs!
Been running CoD:MW2 for the last 2 hours, these drivers are quite stable from what I've seen, no random lock-ups, good frame rate, but I can see the unstable frame rate that has been pointed out. It varies a lot but it's not really that noticeable in this game.

Still have to check about temps and do some benchmarking but overall these drivers seem to be doing way better than the previous.

I didn't encounter the desktop freeze in firefox so far so I think that was cleared out. Running on Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I did also run Gamebooster now to free up some ram so some of the frame rate gained could be merit of Gamebooster.

Reporting back for a temperature status, the GPU hasn't gone over 82 Celsius, and is generally around the 72 degree mark. Therefore another piece of evidence to support the post in the first page about lower temperatures. In the other driver I did notice temperature fluctuations without any change in-game, now it seems stable. Loving this driver more every minute that goes by.

See? I wasn't just yanking people's chains, LOL! Glad you have been confirming what I had/have seen.

What are your opinions on image quality? I am still not sure why it looks so good -- whether it was just because I was using a TweakForce driver prior to installing Tony's MobileForce, or if there is an actual improvement in this driver's IQ -- I don't know.

It could be a switching in the default nVidia settings, like global default settings, I always tinker with mine so I don't really see the much of a difference. But if the TweakForce one had different default settings it could be the reason the quality has changed.

Might want to review your firewall/AV settings? Mediafire is quite simple and quick for downloading. Try at a different time frame?

cheers ...
