so any one know what is the time frame from production to boxing and than shipping?

freekyFX4 has a few people on his/her side.
I think the problem here is that your first system was a 1705 and not an M1710 or M1730. I was told that if they had to replace my system, it would be a system equal or better than my original system, which was an M1710 that they could never get fixed because it overheated all the time. If they refund me the $2500 I paid for the M1710 plus the $300 I paid to extend my warranty, Then I will be pleased.

well my new replacement is in production some one from dell escalation called and said that the latop was suppose to ship out on the 10th but it is pretty close to shipping. how long did it take for you guys from production to shipped?
