Odd USB-2 Error Message
I bought a External HD case and put a 100 gig drive in it and plug it into the USB port. Just after turnining on the drive a message popped up and said that it was a "USB 2 device that was plugged into a non USB-2 Port".
WTFO!!!!! I can't change the ports/hub on the laptop. The USB 2 drivers are installed. Any ideas??? Thanks |

TimO,
Make sure that you have SP1 installed. It provides the USB2 support. |

Yes, SP1 is installed and the "USB 2 Enhanced Host controller" Drivers are installed.
I'll drop a note to Sager. Thanks |
