How do i take out my dvd player on my 4750?

I tried taking out all the screws on the bottom and there still tight, i need to take out my dvd for its serial # to get it replaced

I tried taking out the bottom. is it needed to take out alls screws? or just work on the edges?

One tip: Look in the manual that came with the laptop it shows how to do it.

Bad timing, I am renovating my house, so I don't have the manual as its in a box somewhere :/
