Ok I know this has been discussed before, and I thought I had the issue resolved but I guess not, So here goes.

When I burn DVD's on my 8890, 3/4 of the discs fail the data verification procedure. The first time I had this problem I just updated Nero and I never had anymore failures. Well recently, I did a fresh reinstall of windows. Then I updated Nero. Unfortunately I'm back where I begin. 3/4 of the discs fail. I use the same discs on my desktop and haven’t had one fail yet. And I just check with my friend who bought the same laptop as me and found out he has the same problem. I know it's a software issue because I can burn an ISO with Nero, then I use Alcohol 120% to burn the ISO to DVD and haven’t have a single problem. So does anybody else have any ideas. It's annoying to have to use Nero and alcohol to burn a DVD it would be nice if Nero would just work. So Adam if you talk to Sager soon just ask them if they have heard of any thing like that. Thanks.
