I have a Compaq N610c and I cant get the tv out to work. I went to settings and made sure I had "multiple monitors" selected, but everytime I hit FN+F4 I get a flicker on the TV but thats it. Oh yeah, I also updated the drivers. Whats wrong??

Could you be a bit more specific with the details? Ie. what type of adapter are you using, Did it come with the laptop, what type of connections are on the laptop, what are you connecting the adapter to on the laptop, on the tv, etc. Any information will likely help in some way.
