trade xbox for laptop
I have a xbox with extras please pm for details on the extras
I would like to trade it for a laptop. The xbox is worth around $450 to give an idea. It has case mods done to it also and a bigger hdd

Good luck on that one. No offense but your better off with your XBox because I dont think anyone will trade a sager for a 450 dollar console system and if anyone has an older laptop that they would be interested in trading your not gonna game on it thats for sure, just simple web browsing. I did not say I want it for gaming
I want to try out some free os. It is not like I am going to get a brand new laptop for that price anyways I just want to play around with it and least be able to get online and stuff. I never did say I wanted a sager. I just said a laptop

Point taken. You should be able to find someone with an old Gateway solo or an old dell. I had two, both were Pentiums and about only good for surfing the net and experimenting. 3d apps forget it! Max resolution was 800 x 600 in trucolor or high color 640 x 480. Man what a differance nowdays with my 5670.
 Ive seen older laptops in the paper for a couple hundred so that sounds do-able. Keep an eye out. |

I still prefer a console for gaming...at least as far as some games are concerned...Splinter cell was unplayable on the PS2...its fantastic on the PC
 For $450.00 you should be able to get a used apple G3 laptop...but if apple is not your flavor then i'd bump that $$$ up by a couple hundred bucks and get a Gateway or a used Dell, tosh or something... Good luck BTW - this is a SAGER forums and most members are tuned to think that "Laptop" = "Sager" Im sure my friend above is quite innocent Cheers  |

I have a really, really, really old laptop that I don't even use anymore but it belongs to my father. If he says that he doesn't want it anymore, I think I can give it away. We'll have to discuss shipping, of course but I still gotta ask my Dad first.
Actually, I was hoping it have some trade in value  but that was not forthcoming.
