eBay Scam Help

I'm at a loss of what to do here. I set up an auction for a camera, and this person won it for 139.50. I was only shipping to the US, but it said her location was in the UK, so I was fine with that, I just bumped up her shipping price a little. Well I get this message and now I am very uncomfortable with sending this item. Here it is:

I've been hearing all these scams that deal with Nigeria, so I really need some help here... The funny thing is that I only bumped her price up a little becuase I thought I would be shipping to the UK, but she mentions that she will pay an extra hundred dollars for shipping. I get an e-mail from paypal saying that 440.00 were deposited into my paypal account... Here is the message from paypal:
