Hey, why not?

Stock speeds (250/500):

Overclocked (300/600):

Keep in mind, nothing else is overclocked. These were all run at 1024x768 on the default settings. I'm curious though... I'm going to try running them at the native 1680x1050 resolution.

EDIT: Ha, at 1680x1050, I got 2720 stock speeds, and 3138 overclocked to 300/600.

How does a guy with a 1.4 GHz Pentium M beat one with a 1.86 GHz Pentium M? Two guys, actually, I think - I'll double-check my scores once I'm done calibrating my battery.

actually mine was a 1.4 Celeron 1MB cache cpu... :s i think 2003 is more approptiate and i don't feel like installing a 150MB+ program.

Silly of me. Didn't notice that you had overclocked.

Interesting, though - the cache only seems to make enough difference to help when the graphics card's power increases.

We were doing the graphics tests--not the CPU tests. In the Game Demos 1-4, the emphasis is on the graphics card, not the processor.

I don't understand how you got a higher score for the stocked settings, but I got a higher score with the same overclocked settings.

Keep in mind, overclocking my processor would put it at 2.4ghz. O:-)

My lappy:
Pentium M 1.86 GHz (533 MHz FSB)
1024 MB PC4200 (512x2) (Samsung, I believe.)
GeForce Go 6600 128 MB (just like everyone else.)

My scores:

Stock settings

Overclocked - 275/500

It crashed during the CPU tests at 300/600.

do this.....

go to your graphics settings and do the following

1. turn off antialiasing(tick off application controlled first)
2. turn off anisotropic(tick off application controlled first)
3. setting image setting to high performance rather than high quality
4. turn vert sync off (tick off application controlled first)

once you do these things run the benchmark aagain and see what results you will get.
