Inspiron 6400 A07 BIOS

I just updated my BIOS from A06 to A07, however I was very unsatisfied with this update, Now there is more heat, the fan runs almost all the time, and the battery life became lower. As if the laptop is getting more power. I really appreciate it if someone could give me a link to the first BIOS that came with my system (A03). And how can I downgrade the BIOS version?

thanks;

well if your certain that the fans are the issue with heat and battery life you can try a common program called Fangui which you can find a link for in my sticky at the top of this page. Fangui allows optimal control of your fans and you can even force them to run on a higher tolerance to temperatures thus allowing less fan runtime and more battery time at the expense of a little more heat. Going back 4 revisions in the Bios would be terrible for the notebooks well being.
