i have been looking around for a laptop, and have realised most of the 17" laptops are too heavy, big and get too hot. i dont need there awesome grpahics proccessing power, ill do just fine with a lower version. id like some help choosing one of these :

this is probably the best looking laptop ever ( better then w3j.. ) and has the power and perfect screen size to match. i cant find any flaws in this, apart from the grpahics card, is that nVidia GeForce Go 7400VX 512Turbo Cache as good/better tehn the w3j or a6ja's respective x1400 or x1600 hypermomory ? ( just for my reference, could you place them in order of 1. 2. and 3. ? id love to know which is better ). also, any flaws in this would be greatly appreciated.

a very popular and well built laptop, does it beat the lambo ? seems worse in everyway, especially becuase i prefer the 15.4 screen. only way this wins is by about £500 , haha.

this looks nice, apparaently the a series arnt very good ? does seem to beat the w3j,but yet the w3 seems to be alot more popular, and expensive. please give resons why it is better if so.

Now, to tell what i want it for.

I'm a fairly heavy user ( not all day, cuase of school but i will use it for say 3 hours minimum usually, although not all full on. ) i like to play very demanding games, i like oblivion, and will try out fear. can these all run them ? which scores better ?

i also work on the net, use office applications, check emails, etc. if possible, id like my laptop to beable to multi task well, load up very fast, and work flawlessly ( i guess they all do ? )

i dont go to mobile, but i will work from the sofa, outside, and ocassionally away. id like a good battery life ( i think they all can get 3+ cant they ? ) i love the sleek looks of the w3j and vx but not essential. i think they all are a nice weight and size.

what do you think ?

edit : i wanted to know, do they all have dvd rw ? and do they have 2 cd drives ? thanks.

The second one, its the best, and most powerful (Personal view). Also, Buy a 9 cell battery for it, if you want to get a good long battery life.

im sorry for not being more helpful. I found that about this site actually, i wondered what pent d was about, o well its cheaper then the previous site i have seen and is next day deliv.. meh, looks good.still cant choose though. i would really like a quick bit about all 3. just becuase for now it looks as if the w3j is in no way better then the other 2. they beat it in every way.

im sorry for my short, not very helpful posts. id just like to know why the w3j is always seen as better then the others. to me it looks as if the a6 is the same but has a better screen, and the vx1 is better in everyway possible. inclucding looks, although i could be wrong here, having never seen either in person.
