Ok was just looking over the "replacement" laptop details online.. it'll be here in a day or two. This is to replace my laptop that i just got since it's got a real POS Hitachi screen.

Inspiron 9100
Service Tag Number: JJSDX41
Ship Date: 5/2/2004
Dell IBU: N/A
Active Limited Warranty Expiration: No Warranty Information Available

NOTE: The information contained below relates to this system's original configuration as sold when new.

This just shipped to me from Dell on the 20th, does this mean i'm getting a refurbished laptop with a Hitachi Screen (from 3 weeks ago meaning it's another POS)???

Anyone here had this laptop prior to me? (should be able to check the service tag)?

I'm really starting to hate Dell.

Yeah, with everyone sending theirs back there are all kinds of refurbs just waiting to get sent out.
