Replacing HD on 2025 and restoring Instant on Arcade

I'm having a bit of problem replacing the HD on my 2025. I got True Image (which was used buy forum member hwfan to clone his 2025 HD) and a Hitachi 60GB 7200 rpm drive. I placed the 60GB in and external USB 2.0 enclosure. The first time I tried using the auto function. everything work in windows but when I try to use the instant on arcade, it wouldn't work. I then proceed to boot from the Instant arcade revocey CD and it gave me an error that this is not a IOMP partition. I took a closer look and realise that all the partition got reduce in size going from a 80GB down to 60GB.

I then tried a second time using the manual methods and making sure that the the recovery partition and the other 2 hidden partition remain the same size as those on the 80GB by reducing C: partition. Once again everything works in Windows but the Instant Arcade recovery CD still give the "target partition is not IOMP" error.

At this point I resort to the system recovery CD as I don't really have a lot on stuff installed yet. But even after the system recovery finsih and I was ask to insert the instant arcade CD, I get the same error.

I was wondering if anyone else who have replaced their HD in a 2020 series have encountered any of these problems?

The 60GB was brand new in the sealed bag and the only thing I did was to initialized it under disk management when I first have it connected.

Thanks in advance on any help
