acer aspire 2025 cmos battery location!

Hi does anyone know where the cmos battery of the acer aspire 2025 is located as my bios settings for date time reset to year 2001 every time I shutdown and restart the notebook. Unfortunately Acer only give the service manual to service agents and cannot open the notebook without having any idea of the location.

Ive reformatted the notebook and also flashed the bios but still the problem continues and suspect the cmos battery is dying.

Also i dont know if the cmos battery is soldered down or not and thus if soldered to motherboard not worth looking for it.

any help would be great
