another 9860 temp question
With my 9860 on a smooth surface, with the rear legs elevated, the air blowing out of the lower left side (by the card reader) is 125 degrees F in a 70 F room. This is during gaming, idling, its about 115 F. I hear people talk about how they all get "a little hot" but this seems (and feels) very hot.
Twice in about 8 hours or total gaming, the machine has just shut off, no warning, just off. Like you pulled the plug and it had no battery. These temps, plus the average of 1 crash every 4 hours has me worried. If anybody has any info, I would appreciate it. thanks, -Beefshank |
