Why i Choose Alienware
OK well after a few weeks of searching and thinking i decided that i would buy a laptop instead of building my own, i didn't feel like dealing with building it it lol. Well then i went on researching all brands of PC's i came down to 3 Dell, Alienware, and Sager. I looked and compared them all and drooped dell right away because i could not get a lot of the things i wanted. So it was down to Alienware and sager i knew about how sager was pretty much the same as alienware cept for the case of the alienware. But after reading a lot of reviews i found that Evan though they were similar the alienware was worth it. so i choose alienware.
Ordering
Ordering with alienware was very easy, first i picked all of the parts i wanted and then added it to my cart. The next day i received a phone call from them, they were checking to make sure i ordered the PC and not someone else. Then the waiting game started, i checked each day to see as the phases went bye. It took only 6 days for my PC to be built and shipped, and took only 3 days after shipping to receive. Overall ordering was very easy and very simple.
Service
So far i have called them once to update my warranty, they were very polite and very helpful, he updated my order within a few mins. He Evan told me that my PC had been shipped out that day which i did not know as the phase thing did not update. and then he told me when it should arrive and he was correct arrived the date he told me. Overall service is great so far will see down the road how it goes.
Shipping And Packaging
Shipping was very quick and very cheap, free lol. It only took 3 days to get to me after it left the factory. Once i received it the fed ex man didn't just ask for my signature and walk away he asked where i would like him to put the boxes down, so he came in and put them in my family room for me. The packaging was great the outer box was a little torn at one edge but i haven't received a package that hadn't been damaged in some way lol. Inside was a ton of foam to protect the PC during shipping. The inner box with the PC in it was in prefect condition due to being protected by the outer box and foam. Inside the PC was suspended in foam and also backed by the case that they give you. The other box with the external hard drive and XL backpack was also packed very nicely. Overall packing was great dosent look like PC would he harmed Evan if the fed ex people didn't take care not to throw it and stuff.

OK well right after i got it i fired it up and installed my wireless card, and all of mt games. Half-Life2 ran great on it along with all other halflife games. Battlefield 2 i could only play for 10 mins before PC shut off due to overheating, but i fixed that after installing GetThermal. All my games looks and run amazing on here. I ran the Counter strike source video stress test, first time i got 80 fps. Battlefield 2 i got around 70 fps in a 64 player server. So far i am loving this machine i am very glad i bought it over the others or building my own. So as you can see i am very happy with my alienware and will probably buy another one sometime down the road.
