How is the Acer Ferrari 4005 screen for everything besides gaming ???

I am looking for a laptop and acer ferrari 4005 seems right for me.
Although i was wondering how the good the matt finish screen on 4005 is ?
I know there will be difference between the glossy and matt finish - glossy being the much crisper one...keeping that aspect aside...how do you guys find the screen?
How is it in terms of programming, web surfing, and school work for hours and hours?

I would say a matt is better then glossy. Less distractive if there is things going on in the background you will pick that up too. I find regular LCDs sharper more exact and easier on the eyes. And about brightness, to me LCDs are often too bright to begin with anyway. Sure glossy looks great in a well lit show room in the store where they fight for atention. I must say I prefer the normal LCDs due too ergonomics. I'm happy about the screen Acer selected for the Ferrari 4005WLMi.
