Help find a Laptop for UNDER $500

I only need it to have the minimum WinXP specs, whatever those are, I'd imagine about 1GHz and 256MB ram.

I need it for office apps and for playing movies. It needs to have some form of video out, such as S-Video, so I could hook up to a TV.

Windows XP runs on any machine with 128MB of RAM. An old 300 MHz lappy is enough for most taks but, yes, for video playback you are going to need more than that. However, not that much, because, in my experience, even 300MHz is enough to play a SVCD.
