Hi.
After hours of going into control panel>display>appearence>advanced, and messing around with settings to increase fonts and icons I am ok there, at least now my toolbars and other things I can read. But in Outlook mail for my company the inbox/sent etc.. text is so small I cannot read it. But if I click on a mail and hit reply the text is HUGE in the reply pane.
Infact as I type this the text is almost too small to see.
Changing the DPI does only degrades the quality of everything drastically.
Please help, thanks.

Maybe try changing the Appearance>Font Size option in the Display Properties?

play with the Ctrl + (plus) and Ctrl - (minus) to see if that does anything to the font. if not, then use Thunderbird http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/
