Whats a good wireless router

Thread Starter
Hey guys I have a linksys wireless router. It is currently on its last leg as far as wireless connectivity goes. It just keeps dropping in signal strenght. Its does it on multiple laptops so I know its the router. I can be standing 2 feet away and get low....

Anyway any good suggestions for a quality wireless router. I do need about 3-4 hard ports for network cables though.

i've heard that DELL router's are quite good. The price is comprable as well to the linksys.

Get yourself a G router like the new Linksys WRTG54 or something like that or the D-Link DI-624 ( I have this one). If you have an atheros card you can utilize the 108 MB.

I agree. I have used Linksys, D-Link, Belkin, 2Wire, and Netgear, and I definately prefer Netgear. I currently use a Netgear ADSL/wireless router and I love it.

I bought a netgear from Fry's recently for $66.00. It came with the PC Card as well as the router. Works pretty well. Strong signal.

This was the router that came with it
