Memory Problem????

I have 2gigs of Kingston Value Ram. It fails memtest86 1.6. It passes all Dell diagnostics. I tried getting an RMA from memory4less. They would not give me an RMA. I am not getting any errors. Should I be worried. The Dell tests all pass. Memtest had 49 errors with 15 passes. I also tested the sticks separately. I would appeciate any advise.

Yeah, that sucks. Talk to Kingston and get them replaced. 49 errors is horrible. I had 6 errors in 12 passes and RMA'ed mine. Now I have 0 errors in 24 passes.

Will Kingston replace them?, even considering I bought them from a re-seller?

Kingston has a lifetime warranty, so yeah, they should. I RMA'ed mine through newegg, but I guess memory4less doesn't do that...
