Nero v. 6 walkthrough please?

Thread Starter
Hi, I want to use Nero v.6 PT edition to copy an image from .bin and .cue image format. So my question is how do I use Nero v.6 to make a copy of that image. Do I go into Nero Express or Nero burning ROM and drag and drop the .bin (720 MB) file so I can then copy the image. Or do I have to use Nero Express and select copy image? Is there a walkthrough somewhere in these forums on how to use Nero v. 6 PT edition to make copies of images in .bin and .cue file format. Also what is the .nfo file for?

I've never seen such a walkthrough in these forums, and I'm sure you have searched on Nero. Perhaps there is something on the Nero website, wherever that it.

How to burn BIN files in Nero

To burn a BIN file in Nero:

Start Nero, cancel wizard.
Go File, Open
Select under "Files of Type", Image Files (*.nrg;*iso;*.cue)
Browse and select the "cue" file that matches the BIN file,
Burn away, although it seems your going to burn the cue file, actually the BIN file gets burned.
If you have errors with your disc, back down your burn speed, I always burn a little slower than MAX for best results.
NFO files (Short for "info") usually are just notepad files made by the hacker that ripped the bin file and may contain the Serial number for the CD.
Enjoy!
