new forum pages?

Is it just me or are there new sections of the forums. It seems that i don't remember the alienware, toshiba, etc sections before. Alas, they each have many posts. Are they something that has been ressurrected?

There was something like this a little while back but some people didn't like it, I think I was included in that. I think the new lay out is great though. These forums have grown so fast that branching out into different sections is a must now.

They are new, I think the posts that are in them are all dug out from other forums on the board (like 'Other notebooks')

Wow.. the forums themselves look good, but i miss the old look.... it had a Sager uniqueness to it...

Go to usercp and options and you can change it back to the sagerforums classic view. We're still working out the colors so hang in there. Yes we could have done this behind the scenes and submitted it, but where's the fun in that? =)

I'm still trying to get used to the laptop. Seems pretty nice though so far. Some annoying colors, but I switched back to the Sager Forums classic and that solved that for the most part.

I dont like the new layout Its too confusing...

I mean...options are great and stuff but what I loved about the old layout was that it was soooo easy to use that writing something sensible was easier than choosing the right place to click...

Im totally lost here...

Please bring back the old layout - switching to classic changes the color scheme but not the layout

Ok ive spent like 5 minutes here and although I am still not totally comfy with it - there are some features that I like...like its easier to reference a post now...

Sh!t!!! its becoming barely usable now

HA HA...the transitions at first scared me - I thought Adam had folded and run off with all those laptops

Ahhh...I woke up this morning before classes to browse my favorite forums, but they didn't look the same. I though I may have been hungover, but since it is Thursday, and I don't drink, I was able to rule that out. I tried reloading the page, accept for the normal black and blue, I got pastels. It just seemed a flip of a coin which color scheme I got. I decided not to say anything, since I though people would say I was crazy. At least in this case, though, I'm not.

Yeah, the new setup is different, and I'm still kind of confused, but I think we will adjust to it.

I love how everyone hits the reply button on the post before and has quotes, I was so confused for awhile, but I fixed my mistakes.

Ok.. i got one major problem..

I use the email notifications, since that is the easiest way for me to track threads im in. Well, right now, it is useless! It just puts me to the very beggining of the thread. hell, it wont even put my at my latest post.. just, the beggining of the thread. Any way to fix this crap?

haha everything is soooo different! i come home from school get on the forums adn it asked me to sign in and i thought to myself...this isn't a good. then when i signed in i see all this new stuff! i agree there is some pretty cool buttons like how they have the AIM and other symbols at the bottom of a post now and i like how in the top right hand corner it says this is post number ... thats pretty cool. but theres alot that is changed and im going crazy trying to like figure all this stuff out...looks like im gonna be busy tonight!

It would also be pretty funny if all the post counts went back to 0 due to te new layout....myrkat would be in a frenzy
