I called acer off the get go and the guy said its probably a bad hard drive or a board and I sent it to newegg so i could get a whole new machine rather than have Acer fill it with refurbished pieces. Newegg failed to find the problem and sent it back to me after the 30 day warrantee was up. So, i got screwed out of a NEW computer. Now its goin to be full of refurbished parts and its still a faulty machine. I guess you have to be in my situation to under stand when yo spend 2500 (including warrantee and tax) on a new computer and dont get a good working machine.
Yea not really sure, you shoulda returned it in the first place, and or you didn't pursue it enough when you found out their was a problem, this sounds more user issue then NewEgg, sounds like they were more then happy to help fix the problem.
