UPS + Dell = Worst. Duo. EVER. - Page 2

Welp, it's monday, I call dell to see whats going to happen with laptop.

Next monday is when the laptop should be here, but we'll see.

I also find it very funny that the 75$ coupon they gave me was used somehow? thats always fun

I agree that UPS SUCKS !! I had a buddy in WA buy a 9300 and send it up to me UPS, used the 40% coupon and saved me $1000cdn compared to buying up here. Anyways, even with the tracking at every stop and such they still manage to lose it. Thank god that it's insured for more than i paid for it.. Sucks that i can't replace it for the same price now though..

Wow.

I just bought some new 5.1 speakers from dell today at about 3:00pm central....

They'll be here tomorrow from DHL.

I got 3-5 day shipping free.

It's official, DHL > UPS

I guess it's the local branches of the companies that have problems, because UPS got my 9300 to me in perfect condition 2 days after it was shipped from Dell. I also got my Kingston 1GB memory I bought from Newegg.com (highly recommended, btw) delivered to me by FedEx 2 days after I ordered it. No problems with either company.

I had no problem with my 9300 Order. It came 2 days after it said UPS had it. It was also free shipping 3-5 day. So far UPS is ok by me but I prefer fedex.

Lost in the living room of one of the UPS guy's friends right now, I bet..

I plan to avoid changing shipping addresses like that at all costs, regardless of what company is shipping it. And that's how I felt before I read your story.
