Can someone clear this up for me???

Ive heard they come alot, ive heard they dont come alot. Ive heard this will be there last one for a long time, and i heard they will have another one soon. I kno that the 40% off sdeals are unpredictable since dell doesnt tel u in advance, but do they occue alot or is it going to be a long while until one does? Thanks.
