Smilepak does have a point here...almost every thread about the Z70va turns into some type of flame war...

Anyways, I'm pretty sure if you guys had questions about the practices of ISTNC, you could simply drop Rick an email. I'm sure he would be happy to help you.

I'm not quite sure how our business practices are in question, the bottom line is we have the product and others do not. Its been rumored " conspiracy" on our part, thats hilarious. As so many of you have said, how could such a "small" company pull one over on ASUS?
I think I will leave it at that. Our very BIASED forum mod will delete the thread.

Nobody accused you of conspiracy.....Yett. The simple question remains. And i would like you to answer this in a live forum as i already seen what you had to say in private convos. Are the units you obtained intended for resale to your preorders? Were there any provisions set when you ordered these units?. If you say no i will trust you becuase the popular oppinion is that you are a trustworthy person. If the rumours are false that means my problem is with my source of info and the only thing i can blame you for is being slick Rick. Cant blame a guy for trying. That was a question for Rick. Please do not delete i would like to have an answer.

By the way you should not throw such things around. A biased forum mod? Why because he did not buy from you? In that case this whole forum is biased becuase almost everyone backordered from you. I think you should thank the mod here he is looking out for you not anybody else. i could have used a snapshot of some of the things people say here in regards to the recent events but thanks to him looking out i dont have that. Now please answer my question. ?? Is your shipment of how many conflicting units 30 or 40 or 200 or 400 allowed for resale to the people here?

I've seen some pretty stupid posts on this forum, but yours take the cake. And you know what makes it worse? The fact that you're a vendor. A professional salesperson subtly insinuating negative things about another professional salesperson. Your behavior on this forum illustrates your complete lack of professionalism. It comes as no surprise to me that you've been banned 6 other times. If you don't like the guy for whatever reason, don't say anything.

Rick (or anyone else) isn't obligated to answer your questions, so your post solves nothing. Actually, professional behavior dictates that he shouldn't answer your questions. What the hell is the point of asking those questions other than to create controversy? Expose him for a fraud so the uneducated masses can come to Geared2Play their portable computing needs? Puh-leeze.

Hmm deleting thread, closing thread, no matter what is done no one will like it. Blah!

Let me ask you this, would you rather I delete thread and close thread or BAN?! I don't buy from G2P, nor do I buy from IST. I buy from a place that don't even post in this forum anymore.

As anyone could testify to all of my post, I DO IN FACT mentioned ISTNC, G2P, DL, PROPortable, and other companies when someone ask.

I DO IN FACT say positive things about ISTNC when someone ask. For you to go out in a public forum and attack my reputation like this is UNCALLED for. If you do a search, have I bash ISTNC and tell people NOT to buy from you guys EVER?!

Crap, enough is enough. I try to remain neurtral on this topic, but RICK i think you've gone way to far in this case.

Again, I will close this forum.
