Ok, does the 7510gx have a 256mb X600 or a 128mb? I know it says 128 on the box and website, but a friend of mine who just got one claims that it's 256mb.

It has 128MB and when you enable hypermemory it has 256MB. 256MB may help in new/future games and 3DMark05 (whatever that matters to you)...

Well, at the risk of repeating a post I just made in a different topic:

About the 128mb dedicated vs. 256mb question, are people sure that it only has 128mb dedicated and the total of 256mb comes from 128mb dedicated plus 128mb system via Hypermemory?

I buy that explanation personally, but a friend of mine who just bought the 7510gx today claims that all tests he's run show 256mb of ram, and at the same time show 1 gig available to the system with none of the resources being drained.

Any thoughts?

So why wouldn't the usage of the 128mb of system RAM be detectable, or if it is, where can one find proof of that?
