Just a thought here, but perhaps you should give credit to either sager or your reseller as that picture looks a LOT like those featured on sagernotebook.com, PCTorque.com, etc.

It is the PCtorque image. The link for the image on the forum he posted is http://pctorque.com/4760.jpg

I reference PCtorque's pictures but only on these forums when trying to enlighten someone.

C'mon guys, he's not selling anything or using it to some kind of money advantage, maybe he just doesn't have a digital camera. Ridiculous.

I think people were implying he could've asked permission (though none of us know if he did or not) or as I tried to suggest to host it himself at least.

Believe it or not some people pay for their bandwidth.

I did not mean to jump on anyone's case at all, but in reading the linked posts he does pass it off as a picture of HIS lappy, which it is not. Anywho don't take it personally it really was a friendly suggestion, I was smiling the whole time:

See?

I do believe in copyright, I make computer programs for a living but I have to agree this is getting kind of ridiculous. How many of you members have asked permission to steal from internet whatever pic you are using as avatar?
yea this is just stupid. he was just trying to show people what it will look like. hes not labeling it property of nephron and selling stuff on ebay like those other guys.
whats the harm?
sheesh

I own the picture I cropped my avatar from. I had an artist commissioned to draw it for me. A character portrait for a character I used to play in SW RPG.

So yeah, I own it.

Try any auto painters in your area. You'll probably have to strip it down, but they could spray it.

Maybe you could call PCTORQUE to do it for you...??? Don't know if they do "after" the original purchase but would imagine that they did.

Just a guess though....
