First I have searched and searched this and other forums for a solutions to this problem with no luck. I know I've seen this question asked before but I would like to ask something else. 
TV Out running through a SVideo to RCA converter displays on my TV as black and white. I know that if I could run into a SVideo on my TV it would not be a problem. But do not have that connection. On NVidia cards you can pick SVid or Composite. There seems to be no way to change that with the ATI Radeon settings. But I've heard there is a way to hack the video bios to change to RCA. Anyone know?
