Is "Neither" an option?

The 600m has ATI dedicated video, whereas the 700m has integrated, so most likely the 600m is better. It is still far far from a "gaming laptop" though.

EDIT:
From Dell's site:
DDR ATI MobilityTM RADEONTM 9000 AGP 4X
Clear, crisp video graphics produce realistic images on the high-resolution display of your 600m.

Surely the 600m is a better gamer then the 700m. But if you are buying a notebook for gaming you are looking at 2 of the wrong notebooks.

The 600m is defintely better. I play BF2 on mine sometimes.

The 600m is definately better, but if you're talking about serious gaming, it's time to consider the 9300 or the XPS Gen 2.
