Alienware Preload Policy?

It says on the AW site (Phase 10 description) software pertaining to your system is being installed. Does this include games and productivity software?

Yap I believe they do. I remember back when I got my alienware desktop this post reminded me of the quake 3 demo installed on it lol. So yeah i'm pretty sure that's one of them they use for benchmarking.
