The information I received was actually directly from them. You might want to contact them directly and see what they say about your situation. From what I remember, they deducted the price of the battery and tried to deduct the built-in camera and some other things from the value of my 8790. They said they were "extras." Tom from PCTorque interceded on my behalf and got them squared away, but it just seemed like an unnecessary step and kind of set the tone for how it was going to be to deal with them.
