Cant Load new AMD 1.2.2.2 Driver on eMachine M6811

Guys, I have tried to update the driver in my eMachine m6811, But for some reason, it does not register the new driver. I have tried removing it and adding by location, it then installs some old driver from 2003. Can I please confirm that the most recent driver for the eMachine is the 1.2.2.2 which replaces the 1.2.2.0. If this is correct, can anyone give me any suggestions as to why I can’t load it.

Just to let anyone know what I am talking about, its the new drvier for the CPU.

Odd that it is even installing a 2003 driver. SP2 has a newer driver integrated in with it that is date like April 04. FWIW, you're not going to see any performance difference with the different drivers. Perhaps a little different PowerNow! functionality from one driver to another, but no difference in performance. I suggest not even using PowerNow! anyway, and using RMClock instead. It throttles MUCH smoother and gives you much more control over the P-state.
