I had to get 512 Meg from Dell to get Media Center on my i9300, but I immediately replaced the 2 256 Meg chips with 2 512 that a coworker with the same box had laying around. If anyone has an extra slot and wants to stick something in it cheap (didn't mean for that to sound that way...) I'll sell these for 15 each shipped. I think it's 4200, you can get the timings somewhere here on the boards. Oh they are Samsung chips. Let me know if there are any questions and I'll be happy to answer them.
