When I boot up this laptop, the display is fine for the first 15-45 seconds, then the top half of the display disappears/flickers and then the bottom half. I have hooked up an external monitor and it shows up fine. Looking at the LCD I can see that it is backlit, but the screen remains black. Could this be a LCD inverter problem, bad LCD, or bad motherboard. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
