Almost all new joystick come with gameport -> USB pigtail adapters. I don't know if that would work for an older model, though... you still need the drivers for the joystick, and they have to work through USB.
Actually, many modern joysticks are actually USB in the first place... If you already have one, you should check and see if drivers are available for it through USB. If they are, then you can definitely get an adaptor :-)
but its not like a joystick or anything..and theres no software or drivers for this controller....its a R/C remote....you can see it at www.realrace.com ...i found an adaptor at radioshack for 16 dollars...but would it be compatable with the game???
