as said a very loud beep comes from the speakers, then the screen turns completely white and my is xps powers off... the whole process takes max 1 second from the beep to the power off...(no windows shutdown)
It happens when doing normal work in windows too (word...)
this occurs 1-3 times a day. is this a hardware defect? i have no idea what it could be.
i checked my system temps already... gpu +cpu never get over 70 degree celsius... they are around 60 degree. it's no temperature problem i think.
has anyone an idea what it could be or has the same problem???

p.s. my system is not oc'ed (and was never) and has new drivers installed and no additional hardware installed
