AverMedia PCMCIA TV Tuner Card questions

I know this is not the best place to post this, but since it's for my 9300, I though it was Ok.

I wan't to know if it supports HDTV (to play GT4) and I also want to know where Canadians buy that thing.

No, it does not support HD. The only way to get a HD signal is over component or VGA/DVI.
