I have been trying to reload the O/S on my 9880 and have found that the activation # (on the bottom of the notebook) doesn't correspond with the restore CD they provided with the laptop. It produces an error when I type in the number during the install (and I've doubled checked and retyped and restarted setupp too.) I've got an email into Sager awaiting a callback.
I'm curious if anyone else has noticed this?
